Filofax's wanted to change their brand from traditional to lifestyle/fashion and along with its new end-line "It's a way of life" this new image needed to be reiterated in their flagship store with a make-over to bring it up to date.

The new look store needed to mirror the latest directional positioning of the brand, taking into consideration both improved selling space and improved product range. The whole design needed to be more contemporary in both design and materials. Storage, reception, flooring, front of shop, doorway etc were all re-designed to give this flagship store greater appeal.

The finished new look store on Conduit Street, London was a great success in enabling Filofax to capitalise on the Christmas rush that year.  Contemporary, bright and inviting, far from the traditional wood panelling of the past the new store is proving a great success.
