Garmin required a solution for displaying their Satellite navigation products in automotive showrooms. The display created by arken was a huge success with some 4000 units now placed in automotive show rooms across Europe and received a bronze POPAI award.

The ability of the unit to facilitate the trial of Garmin's latest satellite navigation products by car dealership customers provided a strong impetus when buying such a device. The retailers approved of the simple low-key design, which was easy to assemble and even easier to update both from a graphic display as well as a product launch perspective. Finally, Garmin's objectives for a clean simple design, providing cost effective production and effective sales conversion at the point of purchase were met.

The face plate reflects the ATL campaign of the automotive manufacturer, and enables Garmin to share this showroom platform.
