Garmin M&S

arken created a display for Marks and Spencer in partnership with Scottish and Southern Energy. The unit's main purpose was to raise awareness of M&S Energy and provide an area where customers could sign up for electricity from their partnered provider. Installed in M&S stores, and manned by SSE staff it created an integral offer to M&S other financial products and received a Bronze Popai award.

SSE commented:

"The impact of the display unit is very important as our sales teams are not in every store every week. The unit has been designed to raise awareness of this new product available from M&S and ensure an easy way for customers to find out more by picking up a leaflet and signing up over the telephone using the number on the leaflet."

The design, graphics and architecture of the kiosk and desk were designed to compliment the other promotional material to ensure a consistent look and feel through the customer shopping process.

The clip frames on the display facilitate an interchangeable poster, which means that any promotional campaign ongoing can be easily integrated and updated onto the unit.
